Just got to shoot 90 grains today. Then I got involved on a circle discussion of the Sierra 168 grain TMK bullets.
Things I did discover. My rifle hates CCI percussion caps. Tried several batches of tens and elevens. Not a single one set off the main charge. Pull trigger - paff - no boom. Remington tens, on the other hand, set the charge off every single time.
So, at 90 grains of ff, I shot ten rounds at 75 shots. All in the eight" black circle. Like I said, got caught up in a conversation and ran out of time. So, next time, I'll move up to 95 grains, then 100, then 105 and so forth up to 120 grains.
