We have broken records for the coldest high temperature 2 succeeding days, 52* yesterday and 50* today. Those records were last set in 1917! Rain most of the day today, wish we could send some out west! Wind chill?! In early September?

Two days ago we had a high of 105 here. Yesterday, it was 38 when we got up, with a high of 75.

The temp was not too bad today (52*), not too windy either. I put driveway markers out for the winter (along the length of the driveway), then freed up my bicycle wheel "windmill". It had become stuck a week ago after turning nearly non-stop for 2-1/2 years. I will have to see if it continues to turn; I am not looking forward to changing the wheel as that would take a bit of work, so hoping if I have to change anything it would just be the hub bearings.

It's 52° outside of my door right now. Not much going on here. I did a little ham radio today, did some microscopy, and put a new cardboard box in little Pustic's cage.  )%g

We got 2" of snow overnight, but it won't last long. Temps are in low 30s and supposed to get some rain later.

Printed some targets for the postal competition. Shot Colt Navy, but performed appallingly bad. Had three cap jams in five shots. Might go for Manhattan or "something-else" Navy. On the other hand, it's never to late to give up.

We had 2" of snow last month, but are getting a bigger storm now. Power went out 2 hours ago, but we are snug and cozy with the standby generator.

I didn't do anything today but I finally got over my biggest health concern for right now. I had fluid buildup around my heart and couldn't do diddly squat except sit in front of the computer for over a month. Just getting up and going to the bathroom felt like a heart attack and being on Lasix I was going a lot lol. I want to get out and shoot my postal match target but now rain has set in.

'm feeling better but still have issues. My heart is pumping good but it's not filling up. I've been having to go in and have tests done but haven't heard results on anything yet.

Leaking valve? If so, there is a new non-invasive procedure to replace a valve. My sister and a cousin each had a valve replaced by going in an artery in the arm! One over-night and home the next day.

No it's not a leaking valve.
