In an unsubstantiated Curly Bill story......the first time he saw somebody wearing one of those (he called them "plug hats")....he cordially asked the man to remove it....then shot a hole in it. He left with a final warning....the next time he saw that guy in that hat, he'd shoot it again without the pleasantries of having him remove it first. :)

I'm not a fan of Derbys either but Brocius was a bad man.  "Dibs". 

In Tombstone, Powers Boothe made a great Curly Bill. That was a good casting.

Didn't Hardin shoot a guy through a hotel room ceiling once for snoring?  I've had the urge a couple of times for that very reason.  But being 'civerlized' and all I refrained and it didn't happen.
