Kevin,
I only spent about 20 minutes perusing your work. When I have a little more time to devote to it I will look at it more closely. I do enjoy your colorful way of expressing yourself now and again.

I like what I have read thus far. The visuals are very nice as well. I won't ask what happened to Penelope Ann. I hope she is still with you. Oh, by the way, just curious as to why you need to have the book completed and to a publisher by Monday? Do you work better under pressure and deadlines? I know some folks do.  Thanks

Monday? Self imposed deadline. I want to go write.
And I’ve been dinking around with this since about the 2020 Election.
Just needs done.
Penny? Passed about 3 days after Bayhorse in the book.
There’s a shot of her on a walking path, one of my last clicks of her.
From what? Bot Fly infestation that we couldn’t get ahead of.
Didn’t even know those were still a thing.
And compromised vet services due to the COVID era.
After my last post, my daughter perused it. Annnnd then I ran it through Grammarly.
Errors are fixed, but now I’m sure the blocking is now wonky.
Will correct that tomorrow, as I need to nap before I drive the big truck tonight.

She was a great dog. One of the greatest I’ve had.

Sorry for your loss. I lost a German Shepherd in the 70's to bot flies. They are still a problem.

So far, I like what I read. You've added a very human touch to the history and the photography drives it home. Very nice indeed. Don't rush your work or rush to get it published.

I liked it. At least the first two-thirds which is all I had time to read. I will go back and read the rest. It kept my interest all the time. The photos really helped show what you saw. Keep at it.

Not to detract from Rocky's passing, but I printed it today. Gonna see my Publisher (the one that tasked me with this project three years ago) Either Monday or Tuesday. (if Office Depot is accurate with their projected time, Tuesday).
