Ingredients:
Corn
Bacon
Olive oil in spray bottle
Toothpicks
Butcher's twine
Directions:
Pull off and discard all but the very innermost layer of corn husk. Peel down last layer carefully and remove silk.
Wrap one strip of bacon around each ear of corn and tack in place with tooth picks. spray lightly with olive oil. fold husk up over bacon/corn and fasten in place with butcher's twine. Spray outside of husk lightly with olive oil.
Smoke at 250 degrees over cherry wood for 1.5 to 2 hours
You probably won't want to eat the bacon, and it's main purpose is to flavor the corn, and keep it moist while it smokes.
