Had italian sausage on toasted rolls with grilled onions and bell peppers and a side of some good dill pickle.

  Must be something in the air.  I bought Italian sausages, mushrooms and peppers yesterday, figured to cook them up Thursday, I already have the onions on hand. Still pondering the bread, probably keep it simple and just go with hoagie rolls lined with provolone to hold the juice in. Pickles on the side is an excellent idea Muttly, must see whether I can score some half sours.

I can all my own pickles these ones are store bought all i have left in stock of mine are hot and spicy. But I do dills and bread and butter and a zesty bread and butter along with my spicy dill. If I felt like it I would of battered them up and deep fried them oh yea fired pickles yum

I have a huge garden and can a lot of things. One of my favorites is spicy green beans or garlic greenbeans great to snack on also make my own spicy mixed veggies. This way I conrol the stuff inside and not have to deal with stuff i dont want to consume. Ill be makinf lots of sausages soon too and beef jerky time is coming up too.
