Wads and Accuracy
« on: June 08, 2016, 04:09:49 PM »
Do you guys think the use of lubed wads seated over powder have any impact or not, on accuracy?  They could be homemade or purchased.  One of my Navy models seems to be more accurate without them but I'm not exactly sure why that would be.  I do use some COW as a filler.

Just curious...

I don't like punching paper so I never did any testing on it but I don't notice any difference. FWIW I don't use any filler.

I've used lubed wads and lube pills and there seemed no difference in accuracy.  Lube pills were more effective with fouling than the wads.

Hi, no difference and I never use filler.
