New from Pa
« on: January 13, 2017, 07:00:21 PM »
I started with a 58 MMA.  I did not know anything about black powder revolvers or black powder. Everything I learned was from online sources because I didn't know anyone who has this very particular obsession. I make my own wads and lube and soon hope to start casting round balls and bullets. Also leather working has shown up on the thing to learn list. BP is so much more than meets the eye. I just realized I know nothing about the Mexican American war. I did a lot of research and finally got a Colt Walker,  and sent it off to get it Goonerized.  There is no turning back once you fire the Almighty Colt Walker

Welcome aboard! Goon does amazing work, especially with the big iron. BP is a whole world including casting, leatherwork and even powdermaking.
