So, a fellow co-worker came in this morning with several knives. He has an enormous collection but his wife was cleaning out the closets and of course decided he had too many that he doesn’t use. He brought in about 15 knives and decided to offer them up for free. Nice guy 👍 I chose this one. Great way to start a Monday morning off.

Like all of us, I have a ton of knives. Most are pretty ordinary and not worth mentioning. But I do have a bit of a penchant for switchblades and switchblade style knives. That big one at the top is a foot long when open.




They really serve no useful purpose. But I think they're cool anyway. The one with the black handle isn't an actual switchblade, but I've had it for over 40 years.

Back when they were illegal I kept a switchblade like that yellow handled one. I haven't had one since the late 70's.

The ivory handled job is Italian. Don't remember where I got that one from.

That big one has no markings on it, other than a cat and "stainless". I don't know who made it, but it's very nice quality. I bought that one from a friend of mine.
