New Winchester 73's

Lookin like i may get to shake out some extra cash here sometime soon so thought id look into either a Uberti or Winchester/Miroku 73 in either 45 Colt or the 44 WCF chamber.

Wanted to ask round first tho and find out if the Miroku chambers are still huge in the 45 Colt? My 92 is so huge i can seat .458 inch bullets in the fired and flaired cases. My brass will only go a couple loadings before splitting if i do not neck size only and these will NOT fit any other 45 Colt firearms i have.

So lookin first to know what im getting into before layin down me hatd earned cash.

Ted, I do have an Uberti '73 in 45 Colt, but to tell you the truth, it has been a while since I shot it and I don't remember any details. Maybe I need to take that along on our next range trip and report back. Meanwhile, I hope someone can help you out. It is  PITA to have to separate brass between different same caliber guns.

I have drooled on those pictures. Uberti seems to have a little better assortment then Miroku/Winchester. May just dive into a Winny 44-40
