It appears Uberti is making a 5-shot 1862 in 380 ACP for someone, maybe Taylors or Cimarron, and they will be for sale in the US. I have always wanted a pair of 1862's in 380 with cut down short barrels and true birds head grips. I can get the barrels cut and probably find someone to do the grip frame but the conversion cylinder was always the sticking point. Now Uberti is doing all the work for me. I want a pair that looks like this without the engraving

Bruce, I believe Cimarron had one at the last SHOT show. There's a video on youtube, I'll post a link if I can find it.
