After a long absence, I'm back and with new enthusiasm on the BP Cap and Ball area.
I'm teaching my nephew to shoot, and next weekend will be it for the C&B lesson.  I hope he likes it.

Now for the important questions...

1. Porterhouse steak, or grilled chicken breast filet wrapped in homemade pepper-rum bacon, or tea-smoked Ahi tuna, or mesquite smoked back ribs with peach bbq sauce?

2. Fresh sauteed asparagus, or steamed broccoli with extra sharp-cheddar cheese sauce?

3. Homemade peach upside down cake, or homemade NY style cheesecake with homemade butter rum sauce?

1)  tea smoked tuna
2)  asparragus
3)  peach cobbler
