Just saw this question. I may have had a civilian version decades ago. I have never had a replica civilian version. Not sure if they are even made but no, not recently.

Just saw this question. I may have had a civilian version decades ago. I have never had a replica civilian version. Not sure if they are even made but no, not recently.

If by referring to a "civilian model" means no notched frame nor threaded holes for the stock fittment, then ... I purchased a "civilian" model thusely set up from Buff Arms a year ago or so.

These were built by Mr. Colt's company but in few numbers back in the era. I really like mine and mainly for the cosmetic looks as much as anything. Played with the shoulder stock for a bit but was not impressed enough to pursue it for any length of time.
