Last of the Thanksgiving turkey

My wife used the last of the turkey today by substituting it for chicken in a casserole. One of my favorites! L@.

I'm working on the last of mine too. As I write this, I'm finishing up a plate of turkey and stuffing, smothered in gravy. I saved just enough to have a plate. The rest went in the food processor and became turkey salad for sandwiches. Waste not, want not.
