I bought it on-line a few years ago. I normally have a 3X5 card with all the info on it for each gun.....but it seems I neglected to do that with this rifle.

Oh yeah, Schuetzen rifle... the barrel on this rifle is 34" long!

Have you ever looked at something, think you know what it is, but are not actually SEEING it? A friend was over the other day and we were looking at this rifle. I discovered that what I thought was a decorative rib at the receiver end of the barrel is actually a dovetail! the rear sight is adjustable for elevation and windage, but also can be moved forward and back to adjust for sight radius or eye relief.

However, the front sight is mounted on a rib to match the rear sight. But it doesn't move parallel with the barrel, just for windage.

That's pretty cool. You could probably mount a scope on it too if you were so inclined.

Yeah, should be fairly easy to mount a scope.... if I wanted to. I don't think it will happen though.
