Have you ever looked at something, think you know what it is, but are not actually SEEING it? A friend was over the other day and we were looking at this rifle. I discovered that what I thought was a decorative rib at the receiver end of the barrel is actually a dovetail! the rear sight is adjustable for elevation and windage, but also can be moved forward and back to adjust for sight radius or eye relief.
