Hi Jim, you are sharp! Yes, my Griswold & Gunnison is Pietta's fantasy .44 caliber revolver. Doesn't that make it rare? lol

Richard

Here's one I kick myself for every day. The one that got away so to speak.

Euroarms Rogers and Spencer. Stainless and engraved. Never should have let this one go.

Marshal, those Dance pistols are still my top favorites. You just flat knocked those out of the park.
Thank you, Dave. If you hadn't posted your first one on another forum, though, I may never have done those two or found this forum. Thanks for that.

Hi, as a special gift to this thread and my friends here, I have photos to share taken by LeatherSmithMike when he was selling his Uberti 1851 New England collector's edition, titled "The Remington". Yes, I proudly own this revolver.

Regards,
Richard

Hi Dave, that Uberti 1851 is charcoal blued, the finish is stunning. I needed to do some work on it to have it work with a conversion cylinder. That revolver has the smoothest and slickest action of any revolver I own, by a mile. That may be my candidate to take a new photo for our next banner photo contest. I'll wait until the moss is green and the mushrooms are up to take a cinematic photo of that 1851 in all its glory. It is my BP revolver collection favorite.

Regards,
Richard

Richard, both of those are simply outstanding! Thanks for the steady influx of eye candy for our members, as well as visitors to this site, fellers! Post them pix until you run out of guns, then start over!
