One day I will either re-do the rust blue or do a cold blue. The arbor retainer didn't get colored so that needs to be done. Might as well do the whole gun.

Hi Mazo, that snub looks pretty rough, bolt drag line and front trigger guard screw. If one wants a snubby, they can get a Colt replica snubby that's ready to go right out of the box, the Pietta Yank.

The photo is my Yank with conversion cylinder and LeatherSmithMike's holster.

Yeah, it looks a little rough, but that is how I got it and it has been used a lot.The trigger guard was a replacement I was trying, the original fits well. I'll tell you though, my gun probably cost about $300.00 less than yours and shoots quite nicely. And I have the satisfaction of making it myself.  I also have a shoulder holster for it that Leather Mike personally fit to the gun as he made it.

RIP, Mazo. This is a very cool snubby you built. I've seen it before, but just stumbled across it again and thought I would bring it to the forefront for those who may not have seen it. I like home gunsmithed creations like this, and if it has visible wear, so much the better!
