Next, mondo kudos to Hawg for his generous and selfless act of generosity! You've gone beyond proving the point that CC members are the absolute best and helpful anywhere, and passing it on to a new forum member and black powder newcomer was a total class act!
We can't forget to thank Shotgun Dave for his generous donation of materials and time. I want y'all to know this contest was totally his idea and doing.
Last but not least, thanks to each and every member for entering their excellent photos, and for taking the time to view, choose and vote for their favorites. We might be a small forum, but we are mighty!

I really enjoy doing stuff like this. It gets us all talking and interacting, which is the #1 goal. I'll keep doing it on a regular basis. Maybe we'll change the contests up. You guys give me some suggestions on what would be fun to do. It doesn't have to always be a photo contest. Kick it around a bit.

If I'm being honest, it's not selfless. I have ulterior motives. 

I love Colt Country and all of you along with it. I'm trying to get us all more engaged with each other, and to get some of our new members to come out of the shadows and join in. Maybe these occasional contests will help accomplish that. And if it does, it's all worth it to me.
