Some of you may know who Gary Reeder is. He's a custom gunsmith, that works on mostly Rugers. Some people think his newer creations are a little "gaudy" with all the engraving and such that he puts on his guns. I tend to agree. But this gun is a bit more tasteful.

It belongs to my brother and he got it as a gift from Gary himself in 1993. You see, my brother was married to Gary's daughter at the time. That marriage has since ended, but my brother has a pretty cool memento to commemorate it with. That situation makes the name of this gun even more relevant.
"Black Widow"

It is a beautiful gun and it shoots fantastic. It's .44 Magnum of course. The bluing on it is something else. And the polished buffalo horn grips look great. All in all, it's a pretty neat little gun.

I know it's not a Colt and it's not black powder. But I thought some of you might be interested in it.
