Steampunk?
« on: September 12, 2021, 03:17:30 PM »
With all the talent here, I was wondering if anyone has ever made a steampunk gun?  Doesn't have to be a functioning gun. I have thought about it a few times (very short thoughts!) but I have more than enough projects to keep me occupied without getting involved in something like that. Still.......

I've thought about it Em. I have that useless SXS front stuffer that I was going to do something with. I still may one day.

I have painted and detailed one of my sons Nerf guns. If I can find a picture, I'll post it. I like the whole Steampunk thing.

See? You could make a functioning gun from a C&B pistol or revolver. Why? It would be something very unusual, and it would be a real head turner at the range!  Some of the non-functional guns bring pretty good money.

The whole Steampunk scene, is supposed to represent something out of a Jules Verne novel. So very Victorian, but advanced for the time.

I didn't even see those emojis! There's so many to choose from now.

People are going to wonder just what kind of GUNS we're talking about here!  :jawdrop1:
