Tonight is the rising of the Harvest Moon...I can see it through the treeline from my front porch now! In another few minutes it should be up and shining; if you get the chance, don't miss it tonight!

It's still full daylight here but I always stay conscious of the full moon, especially this one.  It's special.

It was HUGE coming over the horizon...stood on the front stoop and viewed it through the binos...swear I saw the 'murrkin flag waving up there!

We were just driving home, and my son shouted out how cool the moon looks. It is pretty spectacular.
