I put up this new category, hoping you guys will post the books you're reading or have read. Including any good reference material you have. I figured I'd start out the discussion with the current book I'm reading.
I bought this book about 6 months ago, and never got around to it. So I just started it, and so far it's great. It's the story of Sam Colt's life from the very beginning. It's not so much about the guns as it is about the man.
The title is "Revolver" Sam Colt and the six-shooter that changed America. The author is Jim Rasenberger. I got it on Amazon. I don't even remember where I heard about the book at. I just knew it sounded interesting. Not your usual book about Colt guns.
It has quite a few pictures in it too. Some of which I hadn't seen before.
So if Sam'l Colt interests you at all, I recommend getting this one.
And if you're reading anything interesting, please start a post about it!
