No love for the Squareback Navy

As much as I love the Navy, even with my short fingers I find I need to do the "pinky curl" on Navy and Remington NMA grips.

I think all the 61 Navy pistols have the steel backstrap and trigger guard. My Sheriff length gun does.

My Pietta 1861 made in 1997 has a brass TG & BS.

Cabela's sold both types.  Most (not all) later mod 1861 original Colts came with brass.

Yes, both Model 1861 Improved Navies, both Uberti, yes I still have them.

Same year of build?  I will get back to you on that.
