So I went to work with my needle files and polishing stones. I got the area shaped the way it should have been from the factory and the cylinder pin slides in-and-out easily now.

Thanks everybody for all the helpful suggestions and the comedy, it helped also!!!

Excellent result. Glad you figured t out.

This is just more proof that no matter which manufacturer you choose, these Italian copies are nothing more than assembled kit guns. Nearly every one requires some form of massaging.

  (7& It is satisfying to figure it out & do the repairs, also I learned a lot.  (7&
