The past year has pretty good for the leather business. I have taken on some really boring work like repairing ladies purse straps and making replacement pieces for old compass cases and lots of other general repair type work. In the long run it has all added up to a pretty good year so I rewarded my self today. My wife also reminded me that my birthday is next week and Christmas is on the way so with her encouragement it was easy to convince myself to make the purchase.
