Brownie. I think he is referring to the 1862 Colt Police models. Manufactured from 1861-1873.

How does one open an .XLS on a Mac?
Google said download OpenOffice, which was cool until I saw that I am like 6 Mac OS"s past what they support.

Hi, wow, my desire for BP  handgun selling options has brought a lot of interest and a number of good suggestions.  Thank you all. However, I am not ready to sell any of my revolver collection anytime soon, I'm just looking for liquidation options. I still need to have a long talk with my son-in-law that has had an interest in BP revolver shooting before I do any selling.

Regards,
Richard

2 good things here;
1) Good to know all is well, Richard!
2) Good to know you will still be owning and shooting your collection!

Hi all, I had that long conversion about my BP firearm collection with my son-in-law. He insists that he would like to eventually have and preserver my collection. I'm now a happy old camper.

Regards,
Richard

Outstanding, Richard. Glad to hear your son-in-law is interested in keeping things together for you.

This is really good news. But hopefully he doesn't have to take ownership for many, many years to come.

Get your SIL involved here, Richard! That way he can begin learning about the guns he will someday own now!

That is good news but I sincerely hope that day is a long time in coming.
