Here's where I get mine. My car uses the 91 octane. Across the street at Chevron, it's another .08 a gallon higher.

The last time were were in town was a week ago. There's four gas stations in town. We went past three of them. Prices were 4.23, 4.25 and 4.27 in the order we passed them. I'm sure the last one would have been 4.29. There's another one out on the bypass. I have no idea what it would have been there.

I saw on the news yesterday, that there's a station in Los Angeles (of course) that's charging over $9.00 a gallon. I don't understand how gas can be more expensive in L.A. either. The refinery is right there in EL Segundo. Makes no sense.

Yes Dave, I have seen that refinery many times while out there and often wondered why would a refinery be so near the Pacific coastline? I was always thinking what if something bad happened and all the petroleum materiel migrated into the ocean?

I'm feeling very special this weekend.  My nearest town has the most expensive gas in the whole country.  Mendocino, CA.  $9.50 at the Chevron.  Go Brandon.  Go Gavin.

For the next election I'm voting Taliban.

I paid 4.65 for one gallon to get my old truck to town so I could buy that cheap gas at 4.39.

There are 3.785411784 Litres in 1 US Gallon.

In most places locally here in Spain a litre of diesel costs 1.98 Euro which $2.13 a litre.

Multiply that by 3.785411784 and that works out to $8.06 an American gallon !

In January we were paying 99 cents a litre..

Someone's got some hard questions to answer over this but nobody seems to be asking.
