That's a great idea with the washers Mick. I am definitely going to try that with mine. I love the small size, but it could use a little more weight for sure.

And you should get your body hammers out and see which one will work best for you. I haven't done any bodywork in 10 years, so this is a good way to keep getting my money's worth out of the tools. I chose the smallest hammer because it really doesn't need much weight behind it for what I use it for. And polishing the face made it so it doesn't mess up the work.

I also use one of my old dollys for rivet setting. It works perfectly for that. It also comes in handy to back up the leather so my makers mark stamp makes a good impression.

The rivet dolly is a good idea, Dave. I have a handful of them and they do come in handy for things now and then. For my makers stamps I back them up with a 4" x 4" piece of 3/8" stainless on the drill press.
