Monsoon flooding.

The monsoon has left behind some flooding today. Not serious, and not into the house, though.

I sure hope that’s as bad as it gets E.M. No one needs water ingress in their home. Best of luck.

Yikes. Back in 77 the dam at the lake broke and the water mark in my parents house was at 6 feet.

That's some serious water. Glad to hear it didn't get into your home.

Unfortunately, it appears it got into the wall you see in the first pic. More drywall work. Goody goody. Luckily we have flood insurance to pay for it. Hopefully.

That is truly unfortunate.  Maybe you could bag or box up some of that and send to California.  I hope things work out for you without too much heartache.

FEMA adjuster just left. Looks like they're going to pay for the damage.

Some of the water damage. Nothing extensive.
