Most of the Lyman guns were Armi San Paolo (ASP) denoted by the DGG stamping on the lower barrel flat under the loading lever right near the threads. They used dovetail sights on many of them. They are nice guns, more accurate in size to the originals than the Pietta models. The majority of the Lyman guns have a high copper alloy in the frame which gives it a purple-ish hue. I have or have owned several of the Lyman guns and also other ASP Remmies and like them a lot.
