I let it get away.
I told a friend about it and he told me he has one for sale.
He says he can pull the hammer back but it doesn’t stay back.
Don’t know if it’s a broken spring or what.
Don’t know the maker yet.
I’m supposed to see it early this week.

Went to see the other one tonight. Not many markings on barrel. Brass frame with neat looking engraving all over.
Says PR?? Fie Italy.
It won’t cock but if you hold the trigger forward it will stay cocked.

AR, I'm sorry you missed out on the Lyman. It just happens that way sometimes. Time gets away fast. You ever notice that? LOL. Let us know about the one your friend has when you get to see it. Take a pic if you have the opportunity so we can see some eye candy.  )l_

Yes Tim it’s just a cheap off brand  brasser. Not my style.
I’m not too upset over the whole deal. I’m sure they’re fine guns but I seem to favor the  Colts.

AR, I had an Uberti Remington antique finish but I sold it. I too prefer the open tops. It was a beautiful gun though.
