I agree. But then we don't know anything about Johnny's shooting habits. The thingie looks a bit crappy. It will probably be bids all about the certificate.

A blued frame on a '51 sure alters the look.  To my eye someone really messed up doing that.

A blued frame on a '51 sure alters the look.  To my eye someone really messed up doing that.

The frame also doesn't show as much corrosion as the rest of it either. It's like the frame was extensively reworked or came from a different gun altogether.
