Long time no see. I was at my local FFL dealer to transfer a revolver to my nephew in South Carolina when I saw a used 12g JW-2000 on his gun rack. The JW-2000 was in great condition so I bought it. I shot it a number of times. The recoil beat up my 83yr old body, but it was a lot of fun to shoot. To compliment this shotgun I ordered from Short Lane two 8" cartridge conversions, a .45 Colt and .45 ACP. I'm looking to disable the extractor when using those cartridge conversions. While I have a Mossberg 930 and 500 house guns loaded with #4 buck, this JW-2000 coach gun should also be useful for home defense. The safety of having external hammers on the coach gun is a useful feature.
