Just picked these up.  Ft Sumter and Gettysburg Commemorative 1851 Navies by Hawes Firearms.  Made in 1971 by Armi San Paolo.  Matching serial numbers (A030 and B030)

Hawes was a big West Coast importer back in the early 1970's, they put their name on a lot of things, I have a Japanese made tower flint pistol with the Hawes name on it.  Nice revolver set  8) 8) 8)
Let us speak courteously, deal fairly, and keep ourselves armed and ready

Don't hit at all if you can help it; don't hit a man if you can possibly avoid it; but if you do hit him, put him to sleep."

Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far
