still says file is to large --its 640-480 ?  isnt that the correct size--thats as small as my camera goes down to !

Instead of trying to add it as an attachment, copy the image code and add it to the text box.
You will see a line of code. At the beginning and end will be img surrounded by brackets []. copy and paste and your pic should show up in the text.
