I grabbed this pic while testing a shot load. .44 caliber.
I was using 20 grains of 3F, paper towel wadding, and No. 12 shot. A felt over-powder and card over-shot wad would be much better.

I have all kinds of airguns, but pumpers are my favorites. Crosman 13xx, 2289, 760, 2100, 766, 140 etc, and especially Benjamins and Sheridans.

Remington c&b fan, that is. Not so much of a fan once the big chemical company bought the out and began discontinuing the good old stuff and replacing it with "modern," cheaply made stuff. Even less so since they started buying up and shutting down or ruining other old American gun companies.

But enough of that. I'm a fan of c&b Colts too, and have several of them.
