What? You better have a rope handy when the ups man gets there??Not yet. Still waiting.I'll post up pics if they ever deliver it. I think the UPS driver waits around until I have to go somewhere, then runs up and slaps a note on my door.WECSOG, did the Sheriff show up? Hope so.

Did somebody say 500 grains of Clays?
Uh huh. Try it sometime.
A #6 flat steel washer can sometimes be your Colt’s fren.Good to know. I think the ones I used are #10. They are too big for the Army and Navy revolvers but work fine in the Dragoon.
3/8” = #6
Outside diameter. .375”
Various thicknesses can be useful.
Uberti=short arbor.Short arbor: check. So I looked around and found some thin steel washers that are ~1/2" diameter. Most of them were around .0415-.042" thick, but I found another batch that were ~.030". A single .042 washer was not enough and a .042 and a .030 stacked were slightly too much. So I thinned a .0415 and a .030 on a diamond hone, and that worked. I just dropped them in dry. They're not going anywhere until I pull the barrel. After I shoot it a bit I'll probably reinstall them with some Loctite bearing retainer.
Lookin' good! Nice piece.Thanks!
Looks great! Thanks! Hopefully I'll get a chance to shoot it this week.
