Title: My Paterson
Post by: oldfart on March 22, 2017, 04:06:26 PM
How it goes bang is
the little thingie--drops down when you pull back on the horn sticking up
you point it at anything other than yr foot
touch the "thingie" pull the "thingie"

THEN it goes BANG,,,

stuff flys all over the place
INCLUDING some SWEET BURSTS OF FLAME

just thought id share a pic of my first firing of my Patterson with you,
filmed with a go pro and i cropped out the explosion and did a jpeg of it

NOTICE--it didn't melt my 5 foot roof-berg pileup
no chickens were harmed while shooting the Paterson, dang i wish ida seen a fox though

CHEERS

LMAO-- sorry but I'm finding its easter to load than my 51 or 60 and a hoot to shoot,
I took a brass ram tip and spun it on my drill and filed it down to fit the cylinder holes,
and used it for a loader, going to make up a metal arm for it like the original loading arm, as I've read the dixie ones are cheap wannabe's and end up bending,
and the uberties are so rare hens squeak,

its FUN thats for sure

you know you want one  just do it you'll NOT regret it

Good job getting out and firing the new toy.  Glad you didn't wait for the snow to melt.
