And a choice grade brisket rubbed with prime rib rub and brown sugar. I'll slice it and put it in the pita with cucumbers, onions, and Carolina mustard-based sauce.

Looking at that pita bread on your comal makes me hungry I need to get my butt in the kitchen and makes some tortillas
