Happened upon some rather nice wild-caught tiger shrimp, so shrimp tacos...
Step one - make cabbage slaw to top the tacos. Thin slice cabbage. Dressing made of 1/3 sour cream, 1/3 mayonnaise, 1/3 ranch dressing. Add your favorite salsa to taste. Season with a locally made BBQ rub for fish and seafood.

Step 2 - grill up some mini-bell peppers and green onions and cut into slices.

Step 3 - Shrimp coated in the same locally made fish rub and quickly grilled over high heat.

Step 4 - Layer of slaw on tortilla, add peppers and onions, lay on shrimp and favorite hot sauce. Fold tortilla and eat.

The leftover fixins went into omelets this morning.

Shrimp tacos...a new concept to me!
I will have to try it. I love shrimp.

I love shrimp but to me shrimp and salsa do not mix.

Sounds like a good meal. Shrimp stuff me up but I can still appreciate the delicate flavor. The grilled onions and peppers was a nice touch.

That looks delicious EM. We love shrimp tacos around here. I'll have to try your recipe.
