Yeah, a bit pricey. But I have seen them for well over $100.00/K. I have lots of LR primers though.

I have a few BPCRs, including a couple of ratty old Browning 1885s.
Yeah, I've seen pix of those "ratty" Brownings. Any time you want to dispose of them, you know who to call...
"Ghost Busters"?! :hysterical:

I had a 1911 plastic model pistol when I was a young teen. It looked pretty authentic and the slide worked when the trigger was pulled, shooting a plastic bullet from the working magazine. Hmmmm, come to think of it, I haven't seen that for a while now.

Friends of ours have a cabin "up nort'"; they have a manual water pump.....and the incinerating toilet due to to their proximity to the lake.

I probably don't have to,say this, but you need to clean your gun shortly after shooting it using these caps. They are very corrosive!

When DD4 offered the PPC rifle, I wasn't sure at first, but the rifle came with a scope , hand pump and some pellets. The only bad thing about the transaction was that it took nearly 3 weeks to come from Wyoming to Wisconsin. It took 3 days to leave southern Wyoming, then went to Colorado, S. Dakota,  Minnesota, Iowa, etc.  I couldn't believe the delivery route,  and my address was correct.  It is an inexpensive alternative to shooting live ammo!

Range Safety / Re: Plugs or muffs?

Yes, it depends on what I am shooting. Pistols/revolvers....ear muffs. Rifles, then it is much more convenient and comfortable to use the ear plugs.

Yep, stuff like that happens between squash, melons, cucumbers, etc. They can cross-pollinate. As for taste, it kinda depends on who did what...

I think the sunset today was a great tribute to our friends who have passed on.

I thought (briefly) about buying a scuba tank, but that would cost as much or more as the rifle. How many rifle fills do you get from a tank? We do have a scuba shop near Madison.
