My R&S is my favorites revolver of all time, accurate with both bp and conversion cylinders. Try it, the grip isn't for everybody, but if it fit's you you're gonna fall in love!

E.Miner....how long are you smoking before covering and finish cooking? On my Traeger, about 2 hours is max before turning the skin or outer layer of meat into leather.

Yummmmm!! Here's a question, everytime I smoke something for over a couple of hours the outer layer turns in to leather...how do I avoid that? (temp between 185-225)

Here's something you don't see every day, an oriental matchlock!! I'm pretty sure it's a reproduction, but I can't find any info on it. The furniture is brass and the barrel is bronze....could be real, but made by an apprentice. No, I don't plan to fire it.....but you never know heheheh
