People with disabilities or the elderly should be allowed to vote early but they should have to show up and show ID.That's almost right. Unfortunately it would make it impossible for legitimate people who are bed-ridden to vote so an allowance for them would be in order.

I have one with a bobby pin spring I put in and it runs right along without a problem.
I've also made springs from piano wire with very good results, too. Just flatten the end so it doesn't rotate and install it like an original.

Great shotgun! My first shotgun, or at least the first one I chose when I bought my own, was a 12 Ga Parker hammer double. The quality was second to none. Very nice piece.
