Schneider & Glassick / Help identifying gunmaker

One of my Schneider and Glessick repro's evidently started life as a kit. There are no proof marks and no date code. It was imported by Connecticut Valley Arms Inc., which is stamped on the top barrel flat. The bottom flat is stamped "Black Powder Only, Cal 36, Made in Italy." Except for a three digit serial number, there are no other marks. Any idea who might have made this gun?

621873030 and 625370117. Not sure this last one has a brass frame. If steel, it's a Leech & Rigdon.

Have any of you removed the engraving from a Leech & Rigdon cylinder, and if so, how did you do it? Did the cylinder still function correctly afterward?

Top to bottom: a Luciano Giacosa (GLB) imported by EIG Cutley of Miami, FL, dated 1966; a Pietta by swapping the barrel assemblies between a Griawold & Gunnison and an 1851 Navy; a Riva Esterina imported by FIE and dated 1975; and a Fusav di Bini & Baronio dated 1978.

Became interested in percussion revolvers a couple of years ago. Since then, have collected a few replicas to go with my two originals. Shooting the repros is a blast. Anybody else in central Florida have this addiction?
