Well decided to smoke up 7 1/2 pounds of tritip today one is for dinner for couple of nites other one is going to meet my meat slicer and be cut super thin for sandwiches for lunch this week. yum yum

That little pic dont do them justice lol i shoot in RAW format then have to convert to jpg which drops from 25 megs to around 4 or 5 megs then really have to throttle it back to fit lol.
