cap sticking in the action.
go look at an old cowboy movie with Slim Pickens or especially Andy Devine in it.
when he shoots his colt SAA, he throws the gun over his right shoulder and cocks it on the down stroke.
I'll bet old CW soldiers taught him this.  it throws any cap fragments over his shoulder and out before he fires the next shot.
Andy once said this was the reason I believe...Ken

Yeah...but the SAA didn't use caps! LOL
I've seen that in multiple old B&W Westerns too. Always get a chuckle out of it.

the Outlaw kid is now residing up here in My neck of the woods... it has been a challenge for him getting up here in the great north from south texas, with family and some possessions for a fresh start. He is my neighbor now, but it still takes over an hour to get to his place and a 100 mile trip... i will say a prayer for him to get all settled and his new job.

I wish him the best and will also mention him to the man upstairs.

I thought something like that was in the works from some conversations with Mark. Wow, that's a heckuva move!
