The first shot at 25 yards was the best one… it was not a tight group Ayer that..

 Indeed it was!…I went out planning on only shooting two and then just couldn’t help myself… I added the Army earlier in the summer, and my others are all Navies  … but I am getting fond of the bigger boy and they all shoot pretty true

Getting more efficient at the hole cleaning process out of necessity

It's not necessary to tear one completely down for cleaning.

Agreed Hawg, I think I may have learned that from one of your posts.. and doing 3 isn’t that much longer than 2, once you’ve got the process going!

Yep, by the time you get the first one clean and oiled, the other 2 are ready to be wiped down and oiled too..

Went back out today , just took the 1860 and the 1861… pretty interesting shooting them back to back..happy to report that the ftf issues w the Army are apparently all resolved.. it’s been several sessions with no issues whatsoever…
