Here's the part of the collection that went shooting with us today...

And my wife firing her ASM-made Colt 1849 Pocket Pistol...

Ladies always seem to gravitate towards the Colts for some reason. Maybe because they are smaller and easier to manage?

Whattya wanna know about it?

It was a cased set from Replica Arms, Marietta, Georgia, with the pistol being made by Armi San Marco. It came with an appropriately sized flask, the right mold that casts round and conical ball, and a spot for round ball and caps.

ASM. Lots of people throw stones at 'em, but I think they made some of the best repros. Some are better than the early Ubertis, IMHO.

As far as other Colts, I have a 2nd Gen Colt 1851, a Pietta 1851, the 1849, and a Cimarron Firearms 1860 Richard's-Mason conversion in .45 Schofield.
