iPad and security questions???

Hi guys...

I use an iPad mini for about everything. Boat navigation, manual’s and technical documention, load data storage. You name it. Being a retired computer nerd helps.

That bing said, I can NOT figure out how to fix the verification questions after every post! My eyes are not as good as they once were dang it all, and I can not make out the stupid verification codes!!! It has been taking me 3 or 4 tries to post stuff due to that thing.

Mr. Kirk told me to bookmark the forum index page, then flush my cache, and it should go away. I do understand the terms, even though apple does things a bit different, I am a pc nerd and know how. I go to the main page, create a favorite in safari (bookmark), then close safari, and go to my settings and delete all my browser cache, but no joy. This silly verification screen will not let me post in peace.

Please take a guess on what letters you see in the verification window in the last picture.

Anybody else use an IPad on this site??? How did you get the thing to leave you alone?

As I mentioned in my PM, logout, then log in again. You reported that it now works. Anyone else having issues should try the same procedure.

I think some of those letters are from the alphabet. Those verification tests are a bloody cabaret.
As to Apple products, I got a laptop that I never use and I bought an Iphone6 that I scrapped after a week. There are much better products at much better prices. I run a Dell laptop with Linux OS for under $300 and a Sony Xperia smartphone for under $200.
For posting photos, I use free "Resize picture" on the net in order to save time and cost. Those new smartphone cameras use an unnecessary amount of MB:s.
