At The Range-2022
« on: January 23, 2022, 05:36:47 PM »
Welp, it wasn't black powder, but I made good on my New Year's Resolution of trying to get in a lot more shooting than the last few years of pandemic folly by getting my Ruger Super Blackhawk in .44 mag to the indoor range. I managed to burn through 100 rounds and it sure felt good! Anybody else making smoke, either black or white, in this new year and hard times for shooting supplies? Please share.

Hey Capt, are you new or something? Forget the rule?

Pictures or it didn't happen!

Too busy shooting guns to worry about shooting pictures, Dave. Though I did get a nice video of my granddaughter shooting my Browning Buckmark .22.

Buckmarks are ideal for all ages and levels of experience.  That's a piece that is hard to top -.in any of their variations.  How did it go for your granddaughter, Captain?  Is she a confirmed shooter or just starting out?

Being bughouse OCD I had stocked up on ammo, both black and white.  Have a good private range nearby and enough BLM land to get lost in for a week.  Been shooting my way straight through hard times and winter.  All that's gettin handled over here.

She's been shooting a few years now, G. My son is seeing to that right proper, he is.
As for the Buck Mark? Let's just say if it was a B&E they'd be calling the coroner, not the po-po.
